Improving The Customer Experience

As you know, 48forty recently acquired both Prime360 and Relogistics Services last year. The combination of the three companies makes us the undisputed leader in pallet recycling as well as Total Pallet Management, labor services, and supply chain solutions.

Your customer experience is always a priority and paramount to our success. One of our initial steps during the integration process was identifying and leveraging the strengths of each company to meet the growing needs of our customers. As a result, moving forward, our business will consist of two distinct divisions: 48forty Solutions, which will serve as our pallet recycling and supply chain management division, and Relogistics Services, which will serve as our Total Pallet Management retail services division.

Over the next few months, Prime360 pallet brokerage activity and third-party service providers will become part of 48forty Solutions. The Prime360 Total Pallet Management services provided to large retailers and distributors will become part of Relogistics Services.

We aim to constantly improve the customer experience and will be working closely with customers to ensure a smooth transition.
