Tony Brooks
Tony Brooks, our Chief Executive Officer, brings a distinguished career spanning some of North America's largest and most demanding logistics and supply chain organizations. Earlier in his career, Mr. Brooks held senior operations and logistics leadership positions at Reyes Holdings, Sears Holdings Company, Dr Pepper/7-Up Bottling Group, Frito-Lay, and Roadway Express. Most recently, he served as CEO of Go2 Logistics, where he transformed the business by implementing significant process improvements and operational efficiencies. Prior to that, he was President of LTL Transportation at XPO Logistics, where he held full P&L responsibility for a $4.1 billion business encompassing 350 locations and 23,000 associates. Before XPO, Mr. Brooks served as Vice President of North America Field Operations at Sysco Corporation, overseeing a $2.6 billion budget and approximately 15,000 employees across 92 locations. Mr. Brooks holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

LeRoi Cochran
LeRoi has over 15 years’ experience in Transportation, Quality, Sustainability, Strategy, and Engineering. He joined IFCO Pallet Management Services in 2005 and previously held management positions with Dell, Waste Management, and Hewlett-Packard. LeRoi is trained as Six Sigma Green Belt and currently serves as Chairman of the Science and Technology Committee within the National Wooden Pallet and Container Association. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from the New Mexico State University.

James Tankersley
James is retired from the US Army and he brings over 30 years of Operational leadership and customer focus to the Relogistics leadership team. He joined the Relogistics team in 2021 and previously held Vice President and Director positions with Prime360, Northwest Pallet Services, and IGPS. James also has experience as a Distribution Warehouse leader understanding the importance of the pallet operation in our customer’s supply chain. His experience working with CHEP and IGPS brings industrial knowledge in helping customers manage that part of their business. James is a graduate of Troy State University with a degree in Management and the US Army’s Logistical Institute.

Tony Zinna
Tony has over 24 years of experience in Pallet Recycling, Reverse Logistics and TPM Operations. He joined Relogistics Solutions in 2021 and previously held General Manager, District Manager, Director, and VP in Pallet business positions with IFCO Systems. Tony has a Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification and a CEDEP, an executive-level development training in France. He holds an associate degree in General Studies from Southeastern Louisiana University.

Earl Bertolet
Earl has over 20 years of experience in distribution and supply chain. He joined the Relogistics team in 2021 and previously held Director positions with Avid Pallet, Prime Woodcraft, and Prime360. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Robert Green
With over 17 years of experience in the pallet industry Robert oversees 30 on-site locations with 3 direct reports and 300 overall employees. He leads mainly by example, always doing his best and encouraging others to do the same. Robert started his career with IFCO systems as an On-Site Manger quickly advancing to Territory Operations Manager ultimately overseeing 18 locations for 3 different customers. Before his tenure at IFCO, Robert owned and operated his own company, CBS Logistics, which provided back dock operations for Ryder Logistics and Raytheon. He attended Trinity Valley Community College and earned a Certificate in Supply Chain Management.

Michael Steen
Michael oversees 11 on-site locations with a total of 180 employees and is responsible for customer service and satisfaction. Before becoming a Regional Operations Manager, he was the Regional Safety Manager for Relogistics, responsible for 17 locations in the Southeast and South Central regions. Before Michael's appointment as Regional Safety Manager, he served as a Site Manager for Relogistics. His other experience includes Regional Operations Manager for an underground construction company, responsible for 180 employees in Lakeland, FL. as well as store management for Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouses. Mr. Steen holds an Associate of Science degree from Remington College and Certified in Lean Six Sigma.

Jon Holthaus
Jon is an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in reusable transport packaging and pallet management programs. He is passionate about developing solutions to properly manage pallet recovery programs for the retail, food service, and manufacturing supply chains. He started with IFCO Systems in 2008 as Director of Business Development with prior management roles with Orbis and Worthington Steel. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Tammy Rogers
Tammy’s career in pallet management spans more than 25 years. She is passionate about developing solutions to better manage reusable transit packaging for the retail and manufacturing supply chains. As a professional in business development, national accounts and marketing, she has held key roles with CHEP, IFCO Systems and Polymer Logistics. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire.

Mike Frost
Mike has over 20 years of leadership experience in multi-site supply chain, 3PL, and retail operations. He joined Relogistics in 2014 as General Manager of the Lakeland, FL facility and advanced to Regional Operations Manager, leading 14 locations across the Southeast, before being promoted to Director of Operations in 2023. Today he directs locations across North America, leading three Regional Operations Managers with full P&L accountability, and oversees Total Pallet Management programs for some of the nation's largest retail and eCommerce supply chains. Before Relogistics, Mike spent 14 years with Lowe's Home Improvement, rising from hourly associate to Store Manager. He holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Georgia Institute of Technology and studied Business Administration at Capella University.
