Before any proposal, we initiate a complete review of your return logistics including all reusable pallet, tote and container activity. We thoroughly review each step to ensure that all areas of improvement are addressed. This analysis includes a review of usage as well as the transportation utilized in the return of the items. We will identify the current method of handling and work with you to create and manage solutions that ensure your supply chain is as efficient as possible.
Upon implementation of a program, ongoing data collection and analysis is a critical component of our approach. Accurate data for analysis can be challenging, but in using our proprietary tracking software, we record each time an asset is processed and returned.
We are not a pooler or focused on any specific item returned. We have no bias and no incentive to be dishonest about data. We are a services company and work to determine the most efficient solution for you.
